Delivery is carried out throughout countries and the cost is AED 25 with a maximum delivery time of 3 - 5 working days. Delivery is free of charge for an order value exceeding AED 1000.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES:
Delivery is carried out throughout the UAE and the cost is AED 18 with a maximum delivery time of 3 working days. Delivery is free of charge for an order value exceeding AED 300.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept online payments via Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover, JCB, Diners Club. Prices on our website are indicated in local currency. However, during checkout, the prices will be displayed in AED.
Please note that due to exchange rate fluctuations, the final amount may vary slightly.

EXCHANGE
We do not currently offer an Exchange service. If a different color or size of item is required, please return the incorrect item and order the correct one.
RETURN PROCEDURE - UAE
1. Please use the link to initiate your return. You will need your order number and email address. Select the item you would like to return and specify the reason and method of return. Choose “Original payment method” to proceed. Please note that the delivery cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. After entering your information, select “Confirm.” You will receive an email confirming receipt of the return request. We will compile and send you all the necessary documents within 24 hours.
2. Before the pickup, please ensure the package is returned in its original packaging, sealed, and that the purchase tags are still attached to the items.
3. When you receive the HAWB document via email, kindly note that your return is automatically scheduled to be picked up by the courier the next day anytime between 8:00 – 18:00.
4. Returns usually take up to 3 working days. Await the email confirming the approval of the return request.

2. Please ensure the item is in new condition, unworn, and has the original label and tag attached.
3. You will receive an email from Aramex to confirm the collection. Kindly check both your inbox and junk/spam folders. The return process will only proceed once this email is confirmed.
4. The pickup will be scheduled based on the time you select during confirmation. Any delay in confirming the email may result in a delay in the collection. We kindly ask you to approve the email immediately upon receipt.
5. Once confirmed, the pickup will occur within 3 business days, and the courier company will contact you directly.
6. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned item is received at our warehouse.
REFUND
A product of satisfactory quality may be returned against receipt or proof of purchase, so long as it has not been used or worn and has retains all its tags, labels and packaging, within 30 days of the date of purchase, not including the delivery period. If you return a defective product, after visual examination and determination of the fault, we will reimburse the cost of the product and the costs of delivery and return.
